Career Highlights:
- Kim has been involved in a range of property matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts for large off-the-plan developments, acting in arbitrations related to affectations on the titles of property and advising both the sales and purchases of businesses, public hotels, hotels, rural properties, resorts and commercial premises. Kim has had experience in commercial leasing, including drafting and advising on retail leases and has also advised on mortgages and share sale agreements.
- Kim's experience in commercial litigation includes work on property related matters such as disputes involving the purported rescission of contracts for sale and the use of common property and operation of exclusive-use bylaws in strata schemes.
