Career Highlights:

• Natalie has conducted cases as the instructing solicitor in a large number of appeals in the Land and Environment Court on behalf of both applicants and councils. The appeals relate to a broad range of development from the installation of a privacy screen to the erection of large mixed commercial/residential complexes.
• Of particular note, Natalie was the instructing solicitor for a country council which successfully restrained a respondent from using a shipping container as a fumigation facility without development consent. The subsequent class 1 appeal was also successfully defended.
• Natalie has also been involved in prosecutions undertaken through the Local Court and Land and Environment Court with respect to local government matters.
