Administrative Law

Pikes regularly advises and acts in relation to administrative law as it relates to councils as well as corporate clients.  This has involved litigation in the Land and Environment Court, Supreme Court, Federal Court and Administrative Appeals Tribunal (Commonwealth and State).

An example of such litigation is our successful defence of proceedings in the Land and Environment Court brought by Shellharbour Council against an ex-Councillor accused of wrongful disclosure of confidential council information.
