Pikes regularly provides advice to both local government and private clients with respect to property law including:

dealing with stratum and strata title, the creation and registration of stratum and strata titles, neighbourhood plans, community plans, the dedication of community open space, libraries and cultural facilities, the stratum development of council-owned properties for lease or sale;

conducting proceedings in class 3 of the jurisdiction of the Land and Environment Court in relation to appeals against determinations of values on compulsory acquisitions;
